Why?

Why is it that parents are unwilling to sacrifice there time for their kids? Every weekend I experience kids crying wanting their parents to spend time with them. What an investment in your child you can make with just one hour. God gave us such a wonderful gift and entrusted thier care to us, what are we doing to honor that trust? As Dr. Kevin Leman put it, we are packing their suitcase right now. They are going to leave someday, what are we packing, socks, shirts, they wear out. We should be packing things that matter like values, virtues, and love.
